Step 1: Free Data Recovery Service Evaluation with Written Quote
Once your media is received at any of our state of the art facilities worldwide, it is immediately taken through a free, non-intrusive evaluation to determine the causes of data loss. Our experienced customer service staff will promptly notify you with the results, and provide a written quotation indicating the next steps of your hard drive, RAID array, tape drive, notebook, or other data recovery service before you incur any charges. Your authorization of the quotation is required for us to proceed with the full data recovery service. Evaluation fees may apply to emergency cases and assessments performed during holidays or off-hours. Please contact a CBL customer service representative for further information.
